Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Karachi: 1–3 business days

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • High order volumes

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Luvoria Store is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier companies.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, delivery delays or failed deliveries may occur. Any additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect information may be the customer's responsibility.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or the customer being unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned orders.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

Currently, Luvoria Store ships only within Pakistan.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
