At Luvoria Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
